Franchise Inner Circle was founded by Kirsty Rickett in 2018 following a near 13 year career in the franchise industry.

She entered the franchise world as a franchisee in 2006 as she left paid employment due to being fed up of working for others and was looking to spend more time at home with her family... she needed to gain control of her future.

She moved on to become a franchisor, growing her brand nationally before going on to sell her franchise network. She has since provided franchise consultancy services to start up franchise companies and seasoned franchisors helping them along their  journey develop and grow their franchise businesses.

A Master of Franchisee Recruitment.... the business model her and her team have developed has achieved millions of pounds worth of sales, been proven to work 1000 times over stretching over a near 13 year period across multiple franchise companies. This proven service has and continues to achieve franchise recruitment levels well above industry standards.

Until the launch of Franchise Inner Circle in 2018 those that wished to use the services of Kirsty and her team did so by direct approaches and word of mouth referrals. Consultancy services were provided on an exclusive 1 on 1 basis - Franchise Inner Circle did not exist - there was no need to actively look for new clients as franchise businesses came directly to Kirsty and her team.

The inspiration of taking this much needed service to the the masses was that Kirsty continues to see many franchise companies struggle with growing their franchise network. They continue to fall short of the franchisee recruitment levels they need to gain national and international coverage of their brand.

With this in mind she set about promoting this proven business model that has assisted so many franchisors for so many years and Franchise Inner Circle was launched in 2018.

Kirsty worked with a company that ran a similar business model to the one she was a franchisee of. She assisted in developing a franchise recruitment system and in 12 months over 45 franchisees joined this network. The recruitment model used was costly and labor intensive.

The recruitment model used in 2007 was costly and it was believed that long term this model would not be sustainable. The goal of designing a more cost effective recruitment model was put in place.  The objective was to reduce costs of the business and achieve a better conversion rate of franchise sales.
